Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TROLLTUNGA on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Online booking
Refund
It is not possible to receive a full refund on tickets purchased online less than 48 hours prior to the date.
Change
You may request a change of departure time 48 hours in advance by contacting us by e-mail bus@trolltunganorway.com. This will be subject to availability. Should the time requested not be available, your booking will be re-scheduled to the nearest available time.
Valid tickets
Receipt of purchased ticket, received by e-mail needs to be brought to Skjeggedal and presented to at the ticket office.
Credit card
Credit Card payments are collected by Trekksoft AG acting as an authorised agent of Trolltunga-Road Bus AS. Subsequently, TrekkSoft AG will appear as TrekkSoft AG Trolltunga on your credit card statement.
General Terms and Conditions
Shuttle bus
Arrive at the bus stop in Skjeggedal at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will not wait for you as daily schedules need to be respected.
Pets are strictly not allowed on shuttle bus Skjeggedal-Maagelitopp-Skjeggedal due to potential allergic reactions from other travellers
Smoking is strictly forbidden on shuttle bus Skjeggedal-Maagelitopp-Skjeggedal
Any litter brought on the bus either from Skjeggedal or Maagelitopp needs to be taken with you when you leave the bus
Any damage made on purpose on the shuttle bus or any other properties owned by Trolltunga-Road Bus AS or its partners, will not be accepted and claims on the cover of related cost may occur.
Parking
Arrive at your booked time slots. Do not queue along the entrance road or at Parking P2 in Skjeggedal.
This road is steep and winding, use low gear up and down the road.
Maximum speed 20 km/hour use low gear up and down
Do not stop the car along the road, drive to the parking lot.
Park the car on instructions from the parking guard
The gate automatically open at the exit
Please follow the signs of the hiking direction to Trolltunga, do not move into a private area.
